The Big White Winter Rally is one of two true snow rallies in the Canadian Rally Championships. A long-standing regional rally, Big White has been on the CRC national calendar for two years. With taking place just two weeks after the Rally of the Tall Pines, it tests the teams’ abilities to cross 3000 kilometers and reprep the cars in a short period of time.

Even though Antoine and Alan had secured the Manufacturer’s Title at the Pacific Forest Rally, the driver’s and co-driver’s championship remained up for grabs up until this final rally of the year.

Motivated to take his record 10th Driver’s Championship title, Antoine dominated from the start of the rally. The combination of a well-prepped car and a win-hungry crew resulted in SRTC winning every stage of the rally.

Coming into the final time control in first place with a 4 minute lead cemented Antoine’s 10th Driver’s Championship and Alan’s 5th Co-Driver’s Championship title. “We pushed hard throughout the rally,” L’Estage said. “The car was perfect, we made good tire choices, and maintained a fast pace. Brandon Semenuk and John Hall sessioned some turns in their Subaru Crosstrek to take 2nd place!  The podium finish secured the North American Rally Championship and Western Canadian Rally Championship! Brandon has been running the Vision X XPR-S LED Bars for high-speed distance lighting, and LoPro Xmitter Prime Xtreme for cornering.
